Washington hotels are getting booked up and charging high rates for President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration Jan. 20. Visitors could stay in nearby Maryland or Virginia. But if crowds make that impossible, Sen. Bob Casey has a tip. He's urging people to stay in his state of Pennsylvania. He's sent his Senate colleagues a list of hotels, some of which are as close as 90 minutes away.
