Oregon steel company announces 130 job cuts (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

An Oregon steel company says it plans to lay off 130 workers. Kelly Brossart of Evraz Oregon Steel Spiral Pipe Mill says the company is cutting jobs because of an unprecedented drop in demand for steel.
