New York Festival of Song is currently presenting an evening of music by notable composers who fled Hitler's Europe. Entitled Fugitives , the program stars familiar Met faces Joseph Kaiser and Kate Lindsey, and performs Nov. 18 and 20 at Merkin Concert Hall.
